Longer bio
Jason Kempf is a leadership coach, small-business marketer, and podcast co-host based in Greenwood, Indiana.
He is the founder of 24 Hats Leadership, a coaching and team development practice for leaders who are tired of wearing every hat. Jason is a GiANT Worldwide Certified Coach, and he works with leaders and teams on communication, delegation, and the habits that let a team carry real responsibility. 24 Hats Leadership grew from work previously offered through exANIMO Solutions.
He is also the founder of 6 String Creative, a small marketing agency that builds websites, Google visibility, review systems, and social media plans for small businesses and organizations. The goal is simple: the owner ends up with marketing assets they control, instead of a pile of tasks they never get to.
Jason co-hosts The Berean Files with Zack Killey. The show takes on conspiracy theories, cryptids, UFOs, end-times claims, and other strange subjects, and tests them against Scripture. Looking into a claim is not the same as endorsing it, and the show is built around that difference.
Jason has also led in church and nonprofit settings, where he worked on ministry strategy, leadership development, and the everyday work of leading staff and volunteers. He runs two businesses himself, so he knows what it feels like when the work depends on you.
His view of leadership has also been shaped by his family’s experience with foster care and adoption. It taught him that meaningful responsibility is rarely carried alone.
